Service Description

+ Email

• Yourname@ISIC.org
• Get an email account, which can be accessed using any Internet browser
• No advertising
• Convert your emails to speech and listen to them over the phone
• Email features include an address book, folders, and much more than your average standard mailbox functions

+ Voicemail

• Send and receive voicemail messages from touch-tone phones
• You can even listen to voicemail online
• Leave your ISIConnect number (7 + your 12 digit card number) with family and friends so that they can access the service to leave a message - for FREE

+ Faxmail

• ISIConnect offers a fax messaging service
• Send and receive faxes from any machine equipped with an attached handset
• Faxes can also be sent or received online

+ Travel Safe

• Travel Safe is a secure, virtual safety deposit box for storing important documents
  
• Simply fax documents to your ISIConnect account or store them in the secure online Travel Safe
  
• Access documents in the Travel Safe using a touch-tone phone, the Internet or a fax machine

+ Customer Service

• Contact Customer Service by calling the Toll-free Access Number for the country you are in and press 0 to peak to a Customer Service Representative
  
• Questions , queries and complaints can be sent by email to isiconnect@ekit.com.

+ Multi -lingual Service

• Customer Service Representative can assist you 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
  
• Multi-lingual operators (in English, Spanish, French, German and Portuguese) are available to answer questions by phone or email.
  
• System voice prompts are available in English, French, German, Spanish and Portuguese.
• Select your preferred language the first time you activate the service.
