BELL TOWER (ZHONG LOU)
The
Bell Tower, is a stately traditional building, that marks
the geographical center of the ancient capital. From this
important landmark extend East, South, West and North Streets,
connecting the Tower to the East, South, West and North Gates
of the City Wall of the Ming Dynasty.The engravings on the
doors of the Tower reflect the decorative fashion of Ming
and Qing Dynasties, recounting popular stories of ancient
China.
TANG PARADISE
Tang
Paradise is located in the Qujiang Resort, southeast of the
Xian City, Shaanxi Province.In Tang Paradise, another surprising
man-made wonder is the water film which claims to be the foremost
in the whole world. The screen of the movie is a film of water;
thus it can create a special kind of optical effect which
makes the frame tridimensional.
GREAT MOSQUE
The
Great Mosque in Xian is one of the oldest, largest and best-preserved
Islamic mosques in China and its location is northwest of
the Drum Tower (Gu Lou) on Huajue Lane.In Xian, it is really
well worth a trip to see the Great Mosque, not only for its
centuries-old history but also for its particular design of
mixed architecture - traditional Muslim and Chinese styles.

XIAN CITY WALL

Zhu Yuanzhang, the first Emperor of the Ming dynasty (1368-1644),
captured Huizhou, a hermit named Zhu Sheng admonished him
that he should 'built high walls, store abundant food supplies
and take time to be an Emperor,' so that he could fortify
the city and unify the other states.The thriving trees and
flowers decorate the classical Chinese architecture of the
wall, adding additional beauty to the city of Xian.A nice
suggestion for tourists: Try biking on the City Wall, you
will have an enjoyable and interesting experience.
