Early morning Meditation programme at the Ashram, followed by yoga
practise and brief discourse on yoga. Overnight stay at hotel.
Day 03: Rishikesh
Pranayam, asanas demonstration, practise of asanas prayer and meditation.
Overnight stay at hotel.
Day 04: Rishikesh
Pranayam practise asanas, time free for consultation. Overnight
stay at hotel.
Day 05: Rishikesh - Delhi
Morning depart by surface for Delhi. Enroute visiting Har ki pauri
at Hardwar. Arrive Delhi
